Leveraging algorithmic matching technology and a natural language model, Ocean Matcher will be a paradigm shift in the allocation of funding for the ocean, steering us closer to a healthier planet. Next, we narrow down on relevance, looking for matches on mission, selected topics, specific areas of interest, or topics to exclude
Finally, the remaining candidates are matched on quality parameters, such as H-score, partnerships, endorsements, grant history, potential impact and platform engagement
